As someone who has owned Asus SLI and DFI SLI, there is no contest. DFI hands down. Maybe the Asus is better now with a newer bios, but the limited overclocking the board would allow me to do was within software, bios overclocking just wasn't very stable, whereas, I'm booting into windows at 260X10 1.5,2,2,5 with the DFI, and its STABLE. I accidently left it folding at these settings, and had forgotten that I had temperarily left the vcore at 1.8, 2 hours later, I came back to it still foldig away (CPU was at 61C!) The points being 1) Yes I am a dumba** 2) Its rock solid!
The only thing in the Asus's favour is the two card gap between the PCIEX8 slots.
