    Default ATI 10.2 results

I have read a few articles stating improvement in game play with the 10.2 drivers..
Dirt2 was stated to have a 8% improvement with the 5970 and 5800 series.

Battleforge was stated to have a 6% increase in performance with the 5870 and 5700 series.

Unigine Heaven was reported to have a significant increase with the 5700 and 5800 series

Chronicles of Riddick a 4%+ increase in performance...

I can't say this for sure as i don't have these games..

I did do a Vantage run...3 of them at 4525 and did between 250 to 400 points better than I did with any other driver in a single 5870 application.

    Default 3d03

3D03 also doing 3 runs with a single 5870 did between 400-600 points better than any other driver...
I also noticed just a clearer overall look and can also take the clocks higher with these drivers.
3D05 and 3D06 were about the same...

    Default

The 10.2 drivers seem to be a major improvement for the 5870...I can't say in game play but they allow a much higher GPU Clock than any of the other drivers...
Here is Vantage running a 1055 GPU clock which was not possible for me before...
