Hey Nutcase,

Did you want to create a specific thread to deal with any immediate issues that the site might have. Things that are broke, not issues like colors.

For example, when I login I get redirectd to a page it sayes I have no permission for.

Here is the first line of the message:

Shayd, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Might be easier to track them.

I can click on the forum menu item and that works fine, just the redirect after login.

Looks like its moving right along!

if it is the homepage, I have not yet set that up as I only activated the page last night. I have not set permissions on it yet.

also FYI, the icons the the right for adding to posts only shows two of the icons, and the rest are just shadow boxes of various sizes.

yes, the smilies are broken. it will be fixed in a bug fix in about a week.

the page you are hitting is the new home page. I have not even started on that yet.

i will be recreating the old BE dark and BE light themes this week.

The BE dark was mainly a mixture of blue and gray.

the BE light is a mix of Blue and white.

if I get frisky, I may even make a fancy theme also

Yes do a cool one like heavy black metal or disturbed metal..I have seen these at places and they look cool..Also each person will have there choice so can pick after you put the options in...
I see you have already added BE dark which is better...That all white reminds me of I4 which always reminded me of being at the Dentist or Doctor's office

Well, if you choose the BE Dark right now, some of the names/location/etc do not display (like Shayd's doesnt display anything, so you cant tell he was the poster).

On the other hand, Smillies are working for me now at work on FF.

I LOVE the dark buttons.

Could I make 1 suggestion though (not sure if it can be done or not though):
Could you make the 'Signature' portion of users posts a different color? Like a lighter shade of gray than the surrounding gray?
This would draw the eye to the actual post much better, instead of focusing it all over the place.

Sweet.
Links are now visible.
And the darker background is less straining on the eyes.

just do not log out

actually, Just go into settings: forum settings, at the bottom of the page is a place to pick your default style.
