Measuring voltages in your system
A few people have asked about measuring rails on their PSU's.
12volt can be read from the Black & Yellow wires of a spare molex plug.
5volt is the Black & Red wires
The 3.3volt can be checked from the Orange wire on the back of the 24pin plug. Here using a spare molex for the Earth (Black Wire)
Note* This can be done plugged in with the motherboard running. It was just easier to take the photo this way.
Please be carefull as you do this as we are not responsible for shorting something out.
