Voltage, again fooled with RAM timings to no avail.

There must be 0.001 seconds in there somewhere Pete.
Thought You'd never ask, MORE VOLTS!

Awe.... You had that already. But WOOT!

Thanks Johnny, thought I killed it shortly after that.Wouldn't post, clearing the CMOS got it back though. Ticks me off how WZ's time (9.75) beats mine at lower MHz though....

He was on an X38, & he had the memory running faster.
The X38 is a faster chip, but if you speed up your memory frequency, the extra CPU speed might make up the difference
Tried to run the RAM faster but without going 2.5 on volts on it I get errors in Pi. With the 2.5 volts it won't match the runs I got at the lower speeds.

At 1270MHz I need 2.5V barely stable, the best speed I can get near to that is 1058MHz. My CPU or board is maxed on air at 4.76MHz (529 FSB) any more and it is clear CMOS time, no post.
My P5K was like that, on air it had a hard wall at 550fsb.... once I put it on dice it took off and would boot at 600fsb, hard telling how high it would have ran ..... if I hadn't killed the 8400
This Team ram I have will run a little over 1200mhz with 4-4-4-12 with 2.5v and I've had it to 1300 with 5-5-5-15, thats as high as I tested, but it wasn't maxed out yet. I sent one set of it to shimmishim to try out, haven't heard how he's making out yet.
