This could go in the cooling section or Modding....I will attemp to show how to set up for water cooling like I was shown by John...I am trying the monsoon compression fittings and a alphacool Radiator...Feser stopped making rads but both feser and alphacool are made in Germany and both use 90% copper guts....Here is the Radiator, reservoir, and pump with the Monsoon fittings attached..I also had all the wires from my PSU done in red..I have a friend thats getting ready to start his own custom PC shop and if I got the stuff he wanted to practice..it turned out pretty cool..I have never been one that really went into the looks that much...But red is what I have....Here goes

    Asus X99 PRO Intel I7 5960X EVGA GTX 1080 Intel 750 SSD 400GB 32 GB G.Skill DDR4-2400 4x8 RipJaw's MM extended U2-UFO case

I use a alphacool reservoir...I like a big case and everything inside...John ( norton) turned me on to water about 2 years ago..I always liked it and stuck with it...The alphacool res goes in a 5.25 slot..I keep it high up as I can get it..I will also be using Primochill tubing on this set up..Many of the tubes get a resin on them..Primochill says there's won't do that...we will see....Im also using the little wrench that comes with monsoon fittings....so, the water loop begins

Im going to go in order of the loop as John showed me years ago...It has always worked well and kept my CPU much cooler...

Now from the reservoir to the water pump and out the pump and to the CPU block

Tightening down the tube to the cpu block...I wish I had a red MB..its all im missing..I just cant change..I have never had any board clock and run like this Asus x79PRO board.....

Now to leave out of the CPU block and go into the Radiator...as you can see it is mounted with 3 RED fans in my case...

Now to leave the radiator and go back to the reservoir where we started...

I have completed the loop and im back to the Res....all is left is to load it up...I just use distilled water and a drop per leter of dead water..I also have a small piece of silver in the reservoir...it must work because when I removed the old water after 8 months it was crystal clear

Ron (snafu) has a pick of how to jump your power supply..This is it here...you will need to pull the main MB connect...take a safety pin..clip the ends off and stick it in the black and green wire...start putting water in and plug your PSU in and bump it...until you get the loop filled...it needs to run awile to get all the air out...

Getting the wires hooked back up...I am also using two 5 fan controllers 30 watts each to control all the fans...really dont need them but 1/2 speed for 3.9-4.0 but they are ready if you want to kick it to 5.0

                            Nice!

Very nice lesson on water cooling! And A very neat and Bad looking system!

I think when I do my water cooling I will add in lines for the GPU and maybe the North and southbridge chips. I am sure a tripple wide rad can handle it. I guess I will find out anyway.

Without the flash, it looks like its running really hot.
                              Like, molten lava hot.
