I voted Yes because I've been formally schooled and have wrote amatuer programs, but I don't do it for a living and I certainly don't feel I'm good at it....:p

That's cool. I didn't mean do you code "professionally"...just curious who does do it at all, even if only from time to time.

I code - but on industrial control systems using 3rd party softwares. Also, dabble in vBA for data acquisition. Shortly, I will be delving into SQL.

I don't mean to sound elitist or anything, but I don't think I would count HTML. If you were into Perl for CGI or Javascript, then I could buy it.

Wow, more coders than non coders huh?
Yes, C++ . . . . .
Also, I'm pretty good at VB. . . .

Actually...I'd guess non-coders, for the most part, don't even open the thread. :lol:

I'm currently giving myself a crash course in PHP, so I guess I'm a bit more deserving of the title "coder"...;) It's going pretty easy, too....tho I already know C++ and a lot of it is similar...:)

So, I bet that means you will not count posting in this forum either. :mad: ;)
Hmmm. Well, I code anyway, so I voted "yes." :p

I guess so...
Programmed assembly on my old Atari 800XL back in 1982 or something.. Switched to Basic (!) when the first PC's surfaced.
Then Borland Pascal 4, 5, 6 & 7. Then Delphi4 and finally jumped to Visual Basic. Now I'm thinking about doing Delphi again.
All of this more or less as a hobby and semi-professional at work building small 'gadgets'..
