Alright I just noticed my upload speed for users that download off of me first hit maybe 10 kb/s and then it drops! all the way down to 0 kb/s. I dont understand why its doing this it never did this before I also have a router but its nothing to do wif the router. I had the router for a year now so it isn't the router any ideas guys?
