What's the max safe vcore on a 2.8c?

Is it 1.7 in the Bios even though this board undervolts to 1.6 at this setting?

without DMM measuring the actual vcore hard to say... i get the same even at 1.8v in bios underload in windows it's 1.663v!

i wouldn't go above 1.7v long term on air...

I have prommy mach2 coming so 1.75v for me would be okay i guess heh

I was'nt sure if SNDS was an issue on these chips. I've been getting 28/29C @ 1.7 with this Cascade. It holds 260 for several hours than just hangs. Performance is set to standard but PAT is enabled. It just seems the chip needs a little more current through it.
