One Way Network Traffic

I'm having a problem with my home network. I have three pcs and one xbox hooked up to my router (netgear RP614). The problem I'm having is file transfers to one of the computers is dreadfully slow. The problem pc is also having difficulties with downloads which start off fast...but quickly fall to a crawl (like over 30 seconds it will go from >150 to 1.5 kb/s). Transferring files from the problem pc to the others is lightning quick. The problem pc just received a fresh install of WinXP Pro, so I'm sure I've just forgotten a setting somewhere. The prob pc is a Shuttle SN41G2 that has never been a hardware problem. I have the plain old nvidia unified drivers. The nic is set to auto negotiate (I've tried changing to force full 100, force half 100, etc. with nothing helping the situation). I think I've had this problem before...I just can't remember what I did to fix it. Help would be appreciated...but don't worry yourself too much. Thanks in advance :wave:

Thanks anyways. I figured it out. Turns out the simplest things are those that you should check first. Well that and having a few gin and tonics help too. I just switched ports on my router and that was it. I'm not sure if the connection was bad before...but now that my xbox is on the "bad" port it seems to work fine. Not sure what was happenin', but it's over. Now onto break something else...nothing more fun that fixin' it after. :beer:
