Creative Audigy 2??????

i just got another one of these for my DFI since the onboard went bye bye....now the one in my intel rig is real long and this new one i bought is alot shorter :scratch: did they shorten them or what??? :scratch:

Not that I know for sure...but if its an Audigy 2, its an Audigy 2. Did you get the ZS version or the Value version? Looks like the Value version is shorter.

If you didnt get the Value then I'm guessing theyve just changed reference design.

The value doesn't have the connectors for the Front Panel stuff that the ZS does...you can see in AV's picture, that's why the board is shorter.
The Audio processing chip is the same to the best of my knowledge, there are just less features enabled on the board as a whole :)
