CRC error

hey guys...i posted before that i had some issues with already burned DVDs. now i am copying some of them back on my HDD and on some of them although win explorer reads the info on the disk, when i try to copy a file from it it shows that stupid message CRC error. is there any way out of this or i've lost all the info on the dvd...thanks

There is software around that will try to recover the files. So don't destroy your DVD just yet.

I'll look around I use to have some but haven't used them in ages. Maybe others will also contribute.
