Any info going around on why this wont work for some people. Every time I try and run it even with auto or relaxed timings etc etc it wont post.
As soon as I try Turbo with any configuration it fails to boot.
Try this. In advanced Bios Menu choose JumperFree configuration set AI Over Clock to Manual. Cpu External Frequency (MHz) to [201] now change Performance Mode to [Turbo] save and that's it.On the reboot you should be able to go into the Bios and then you can adust your FSB and other settings acordingly, make sure that you keep the turo mode enabled, cause if you change the turbo settings EX.disable/auto you will have to repeat the proceedure again.
Good Luck!

Interesting fix Thx but is it specific to 201 fsb or will it work with higher or lower?
I got it to post with Turbo but when I set it back to 200 fsb same thing happened as before.
For some funky reason you must keep the FSB on manual at 201 or higher for the turbo to work properly. If you drop it to 200 FSB or Auto it will not boot,go figure:rolleyes:

I also benched it with Turbo on didnt really see a boost for memory scores, so what good is it lol?
I already run at 2 3 3 6 isnt Turbo suppose to boost memory performance?
No,actually it slightly increases the CPU frequency, does not do anything with memory. If you download CPU-Z you will most likely notice that this board runs only at 199Mhz instead of 200Mhz FSB at stock settings, possibly attributing to the Turbo problem. You will not see the difference with CPU speed with turbo engaged in CPU-Z or under your computer on properties.also you can check the memory timings with CPU-Z and notice no change in timings either.Do not forget to enable the PAT mode also,I also did not see a hugh difference with turbo engaged with Sandra Memory test.only about 150Mb/s increase. It's suppose to increase the frequency of the onboard processor.
Quote from oasis,From ABXZone:
AMI bios may incorporate its turbo in manual frequency changes 1MHz steps etc.

I have had PAT enabled since day 1 the only thing that I didnt get was why Turbo didnt work, but now thats fixed.
I have run this at 230 FSB at 5:4 2 3 3 6 didnt have Turbo on then, I have a 2.8C like you do.
I wish they did as well overall as the 2.4 and 2.6 do.
