You got the hardware the cooling and you're ready to go. SO what BIOS options have you found helpfull in over coming barriers in your OC? Was it disableing HT, your divider? What seemed to give you the extra edge? Please your findings and their results. Here's mine so far:
fsb=250
vcore-1.675
agp/pci=66/33
Vddq=1.6
vdim=2.85
Perfomance mode=Turbo
HT=Enabled*
Ram=2.5-4-4-6-4
PAT=on
All uneeded devices are disabled.
Temp @ full load=27/28c

HT being disabled made the difference. I'll edit results as I go.

So the P4C800-E undervolts ?.What readings do you guys get on idle and under load with whatever you have set in the bios?.

...i've noticed that what ever you set in the bios, it tends to fluctuate down.......about .04 to .012 of a volt. and that's just at idle; lookin in the bios under Power/Hardware Monitor/Vcore Voltage. ( first set it in your CPU Vcore Voltage/Advance; then reboot back into the bios and check it out in your Hardware monitoring,...you'll see it fluctuate up and down) :scratch: :confused:

Asus boards usually overvolt around .06 so i find it interesting it undervolts.The fluctuating up and down is strange also.I have a P4C800-E coming tuesday or wednesday so I'll see if I get the same thing.

I edited settings above. Since I removed the IHS my temps dropped and have allowed me to hit 260.:D The Bios I'm using is 11.007 Beta. I have the 11 final but have heard that it's the same thing as this one.:D

The one on the CPU. I'm water cooling pics are in my sig for rig1. I decided to go back to a 250 FSB so I could enable HT, Turbo and PAT. This gives better all around performance. I update my inital post to reflect any changes.:)
You don't get data coruption with your pci/agp divider being so high?
