HELP ?!?

I am really stuck, I am a newbie to oc'ing and really need your help guys. My specs are below, and I cannot oc my fsb to 250 (1.0ghz) successfully without having loads of artifacts in 3Dmark or some games ??

My memory is well capable, I am only using stock cooling (but I have seen people reach 3.5ghz with a 2.4c and stock hs&f ?!?)
I have 3 intake fans, and 2 sucking out the back (& 1 pci exhaust), should be plenty.

I have tried various voltages, the best I have at the moment is a 1:1 ratio (my mboard does not like anything else!!!) 245 fsb & memory and performance mode on slow ?!?
cpu = 1.6v
mem = 2.85v
agp = 1.6v

The problem I have is that every forum/review I read, no one has the same mboard (maybe its just crap at oc'ing), anyone please help .........:cry:

Thanks ThugsRook,

Sorry for double posting, really frustrated.

I have also tried 1.7 vagp, no better, with regards to agp & pci frequencies, can you clear something up for me. Some people have said lock them at 66/33, others have said oc to 80/40 ?!?

Hate to say it, but that MSI is cr@p. Everyone I've seen that has one posts with problems. MSI has never been a good overclockers board. I had one for a VERY brief time. It died and took my PS with it shortly after power up. RMA it and get a different board if you can.

Good Luck!

you should lock it @ 66/33. overclocking the AGP is one of the last things you should do after everything else is stable.
