just plugged in this 2.8C week 21 into my PX865PE PRO2 as it's the board i tested my earlier 2.8C week 8 in so as to compare them and I gotta say WOW .. WOW!
2.8C SL6WJ week 8
- max FSB = 245fsb at 1.6v bios (1.52-1.55v real)
- even 246fsb would give me 1000s errors in memtest86 test #1-4
- couldn't boot pc at 251fsb at 1.6v bios
2.8C SL6WT week 21
- memtesting error free @ 250fsb at 1.525v bios
- memtesting error free @ 258fsb at 1.6v bios (1.52-1.55v real)
- max able to boot pc into memtest = 273fsb at 1.6v bios (1.52-1.55v real) but errors result
- tried booting into windows at 270fsb at 1.6v bios but corrupted windows install (memtest already showed errors in test #1-3 at 1st pass
Eva. . . Very nice indeed.
I almost had a coronary when I saw 293FSB. . . Then I realized it was on a Vapo. ;)
Still, very impressive for air. . .

I sold my ic7 last week, thinking about to buy a p4c800-e, but when I went to my local dealer he offer me her last p4 2.8c at a great price, so I ended buying a 2.8c and an Asus p4p800. :D
Well
Batch : L321B235
Pack date: 7/16/03
Malay
Now, I'm trying to sell my new p4p800dlx, cause it's not on par with this great proc. I lost 700 point in sandra buffered bench.
Sorry if I mispell something, my english is really bad.

Stable at 270fsb 275 not yet.
I was thing about changing my p4p for a p4c800-e, cause I lost about 700 sandra buffered points with the p4p800 and only gain 400 point in 3dmark at 400mhz more.
My OCZ Gold don't go over 500mhz.
Will I buy some newer ddr500/533 or some Mushkin pc3500 black level II?
What do you people think?

Eva2000, I'm ready to change (again, first albatron 865, second p4p800dlx, third ic7, now again p4p800dlx) this p4p for a p4c800-e or an abit ic7 max3, what do you think it`s a better bet?
Remember that I 'm at 275fsb ...

right now choice would be between P4C800-E and IC7 Max3.. i'd get the P4C800-E and/or wait for more bios releases for Max3 etc etc.. history of the original IC7 series saw alot of problems araising.. P4C800-E is proven :)
