Hi, I was wondering if there is a universal software that I could use for control of fans, observing the temp. of the VPU, CPU etc. or is it better to use the stuff that comes with the hardware. thnx in advance

Motherboard monitor is good for straight out temp monitoring if you want to control the fans then speedfan is a good option as you can adjust your fanspeeds to what you want (only downfall of speedfan is it does not tell you which fan is cpu and which temp is for cpu)

Yeah Speedfan. Word of caution that it tells you about when you run it. READ THE MANUAL before messing about in it so you know what you are changing/controlling.
