What program should I use to monitor voltages, to make sure my PSU is producing the right amount? I've tried Speedfan and that seems to work pretty good, is there anything out there that is better or more accurate? Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't trust any voltage monitoring program. The only way to be sure is to use a DMM. Do not adjust them rails on your OCZ520 on the strength of a software monitor, not even the bios... :thumb:

The programs are fine Rocket...its the fact that the motherboard does not do a good job of reporting the voltages. The best and only way to know for sure how your power supply is doing is to test with a Digital Multi Meter. Here is a link on where to check the various voltages:

dont trust any voltage or temp reading ever.
they all lie ~ every single one of them.

a multimeter used on a jumpered PSU is the only way to get any sort of decent readings, even then things might change once your system is actually hooked up. (IE bad moboard)

Yep you guys were right, speedfan was showing all my rails to be lower than they were supposed to be, the multimeter showed all my rails above what they are supposed to be (speedfan showed 11.9 on my 12v rail the DMM showed 12.2). Thanks, i feel better now! :thumb:

I understand that "voltage monitoring" software is unreliable - but, just as a guide, which program can monitor DDR Voltage/VDIMM on the MSI K8N Neo2 - even if the readings are not precise.

I'm just looking for a way to confirm that the OCZ Booster is actually increassing DDR voltage.

Thanks
