is AQUAXTREME 50Z-DC12 adjustable?

Main initial answer to you would be that no it is not adjustable because the nominal voltage is 12 volt.

I would expect an adjustable voltage rated pump to start in say 6 volts and increased up to 12 volts. Look at the pump data on Motor design, you'll understand.
