the temp on the left is the evap temp and the temp on the right is the coolant.

Call up the junk yard as far as the heatercore a I'm assuming a typo as far as the pump but it may be loud. 400 gph should do you good, home depot may let you try before you buy.

BB One- there are some great condensation proofing guides over at Extreme Overclocking...Drewmiester has been a great asset and is very thorough in his explainations! Should I wish to, I could install a thermostat (currently have the existing one bypassed) which would allow me to tweak the temps to just ambient/sub ambient. With a bunch of fans blowing in the case, I could drop the ambient temp to 18C-19C and keep my CPU at that temp on load dual prime :D....But why?? When I have the potential to get sub zero cpu temps!!!!   Lets get extreme baby!!

ALX Eater- I have decided to forgo the heatercore unless I end up needing it (heat load too much for the chiller). The HD pump was 3/4" so I chose to go with a MAG 3 from a local Pond supplier. It has 325 gph capacity at 2' head difference...should be more than sufficient. I am working out right now how to build a heat exchanger to maximize the transfer of the -24C chill the evap drops to :D :D
