I have a Danger Den set-up. I still have the stock accelerator plate in it. I was wondering if anyone has tried the others and what kind of results they had. I am kind of torn between thinking a smaller orifice would cause a pressure drop and pick up more heat or a larger one moving the water faster getting the heat away from the block. Not sure if my thinking is right on that. Any suggestions appreciated thanks!!

There was a review of either the RBX or TDX I forget which one, but they tried the various restrictor plates and #3 I think was what they found to work the best for their setup. The holes are smaller, and they said that if for some reason your system gets gunked up it would easily be plugged.
I went with the #3 in my RBX and with a dual 120 radiator, RBX, and nv6800 connected to the system cpu temps run 1-3 c less then mobo temps just so you get an idea of how its doing :) thats typically 30-21 c for the mobo, and 27-28 c under loads for 2 folds going for the cpu not counting high ambient days :P

Wow I like those temps. I get up to 50C under load but that is with a heavy OC. I also have the twin 120 radiator (black ice extreme II) and I am also cooling my 9800pro with it. Thanks for the suggestion I may give it a go tonight. :thumb:

Just wanted to post this for anyone looking for info. I contacted DD today and was lucky enough to have a tech there. He said low volume systems work best with #1 and high volume work best with a #4. I told him I am using the swiftech 12v pump he said yeah try the #4 I should get better cooling. I'll try it tonight and post my results. :D
