Ok, I got the DVD encoded and such, and it was fine, except the developers commentary was on it.. my fault for pickin the wrong thing  . Anyway, is there a way to take the video file (no audio) and my mp3 file, and put em together? I seem to remember doing this before but dont know how to go about it again. All im trying to do is avoid compressing the movie over again. Using the newest version of Gknot. Thanks for any advice.

Well what you should do is just encode the correct audio file again and not the video...The problem may lie in the fact the gknot program now will interleave the audio and video together at the end for you when in the past many of us used nanub or virtualdub to place them together...
YOu may have to take the *_movie file and *_credit file (if you separated them to keep the credits small size) and merge them and then use nanub or virtualdub and go into video and click direct stream copy (this will keep it from re-encoding the video) and then go into audio and click VBR (mp3 audio) and locate the file...You need to look at the name of the audio track that was originally stripped form the vob file and if it list some number in the ed of the file that is the skew the audio is over the video. Go into interleaving and type that number in the delay skew box. Watch out as the number can be a negative numer as well.
Hope this helps....
Remember the forums at doom9.net is very helpful as well...
