This product line comes in 256MB and 512MB models, providing an ideal solution for over-clocking power users, gaming enthusiasts and business users alike. Products under the TwiSTER series use chips directly from upstream original suppliers, with 6-layer PCB and 30u gold-finger plating integrated into them. Circuitry design follows the JEDEC standard, which reduces electromagnetic interference, allows speedy and steady transmission of complex data and ensures security associated with the retrieval of large-sized data. All TwinMOS memory modules are provided under warranties that ensure customer support throughout the products’ lifecycle.
WLCSP: Wafer-level chip scale packaging, refers to the packaging of the entire wafer instead of individual chips diced from the wafer -- a technique producing packaged chips 20% larger than the original. WLCSP involves packaging the entire wafer before the dicing process, producing packaged chips the same size as the original.

same or similar WLCSP used on GEIL Golden Dragon series memory which i have a pair of PC3700 dual channel of.. and yes it does run ALOT cooler than any memory I've tested.
