Is there any way to convert a .mov file into an .avi or .mpg file? :)

Maybe TMPGEnc can do it.

you cant mov2avi or mov2mpg w/o QT installed :rolleyes:

Is that just for the conversion process? After the conversion is complete you don't need QT, right? :confused: :)

That is correct Mikki. I'm a registered licensed owner of DivX because I use ShowShifter Pro with my AIW8500DV. I can watch AVI (record TV Shows in avi format :cool: ) with Media Player, ShowShifter, or whatever else can playback avi. The important thing is getting the DivX codecs on the 'puter which does not require purchasing of DivX.
