In the BIOS settings for "Primary and Secondary IDE Master/Slave" is an item "32-bit Data Transfer" defaulted to "Disable"

What does this setting do and should I set it to "enable" instead?

ENABLE it and the hard drives gain the ability to burst. . . It will speed them up. . . . ;)
