These 2x 512MB XMS3500C2 as you can see look like PC2700 according to CPUZ, but they're 2 sticks from a Corsair batch with the SPD wrongly programmed @ PC2700 instead of PC3200 and can do

230mhz 2-3-3-6 at 2.85v 1:1 on PX865PE PRO2
220mhz 2-3-3-7 at 2.8v 1:1 on IC7

thats all they can do? :scratch: :wack: so far yeah that's all particularly for PX865PE PRO2, while IC7 i still have some tests to do, but they can't do 225mhz 2-3-3-7 at 2.8v on IC7, memtest86 test #5 errors out within a dozen passes

Here's what my Corsair XMS3500C2 can do in my IC7 with a 3.2C:

221@2.3.2.5 Auto, Enhanced, Auto, Auto

at 222 Prime with two instances fails after 6 hours

I can run 227@3,3,3,7 Auto, Auto, Disabled, Disabled but what would be the point at those latencies.

I'm not too disapointed with DDR 442 @decent latencies

KHX3000 can do better then that. well my 4PCA3+ rev 1.1 arrived so i will be able to take the xms3500c2 further :) Clevor got his xms3500 on 4PCA3+ to 250mhz 2-2-2-5 with some more vdimm voltage :)

220mhz 1:1 2-3-3-6 went fine without a hitch (benchies to be posted soon)

but i decided to set IC7 GAT to Turbo now at 220mhz 1:1 2-3-3-7 and it' been running memtest86 test #5 stable for 80 loops so far .. let it go for a few hundred more loops to see how it goes before loading windows

revisiting my 2x 512MB XMS3500C2 on IC7 and bandwidth is definitely higher due to being double sided

memtest86 1:1 on IC7 GAT = AUTO
@ 217mhz 2-3-3-7 = 2680MB/s
@ 220mhz 2-3-3-7 = 2717MB/s
@ 220mhz 2-3-3-7 with GAT = TURBO = 2789MB/s

while
4x 256MB ADATA PC4000
1:1 IC7 GAT = AUTO
@ 233mhz 3-4-4-8 = 2668MB/s

2x 256MB OCZ PC3700 Gold (double sided memory)
1:1 IC7 GAT = AUTO
@ 233mhz 2-3-3-7 = 2955MB/s

edit: unfortunately 220mhz 2-3-3-7 with GAT = TURBO errored out in memtest test #5 after 187 passes with 8 errors :rolleyes:

1. seems my XMS3500C2 don't like tRas set to 8 as i get more errors than if set to tRas of 7
2. max cas 2 speed is 245mhz 2-3-3-7 at 3.2v or 245mhz 2-3-2-7 at 3.3v
3. max cas 2.5 speed is at 247mhz 2.5-3-3-7 at 3.2v
4. Memtest86 reported bandwidth doesn't change from 3204MB/s if Intel Fast is disabled or enabled, it only increases in memtest86 if CPC is enabled but then the above speeds aren't error free if CPC is enabled
