Chip-Con Prometeia Mach I/Mach II

Okay since my research veto'd the use of the ThermalTake SubZero4G TEC...

What about Prometiea's Mach I/Mach II?

Does anyone have experience with either of these? The setup is a chunk of change so I'd rather know in advance whether or not it sucks ya know?

Or what if I just coated my board/cpu/ram in liquid electric tape and shoved it in a freezer...BUWHAHA
