There are many registry and services tweak guides for XP.
But I havent yet found a guide on how to delete unneeded files.
Do you think this would work: NTFS records the last access time
for every file. If I run my pc for X ammount of time and conclude
that ive run everything that i ever will, then the files that havent
been accessed since X time ago are not needed. true?
I can then delete all of these unaccessed files. I better ghost first.
