Intel P4 2.6C
Crucial 512mb pc3200 x 2
SLK800U with Sunon 50CFM 80MM fan
Sapphire Radeon 9800
Lite-On 52xcdrw
Lite-On DVD
WD120GB SE
Allied 450W True
Maxtop case w/3 80 Fans


Running at 3.25ghz (stock voltage, 250mhz fsb, ddr400, 2.5-3-3-7).

The multi is 13, 250 FSB is about 3.25

Set FSB:RAM ratio at 5:4, CAS3-4-4-8. Try ~230MHz FSB. Then 240MHz, then 250MHz.. You'll almost be guaranteed the first 2, but the third may be tougher. Probably have to at least raise vcore.

lol, saw a 2.xC and just automatically assumed it to be 4 and not 6 :)

but yeah you're right... 13 x 250 :)

Recieved all my parts friday, installed her last night, and this what I have her running so far:

5:4 ratio, 13 x 250 MHZ FSB, 3.25GHZ (its hella fast :D)
Ram settings at 2.5-3-3-7 (will optimize later)



I am hella happy! She primed all last night! This is an overclock at STOCK VOLTAGE (1.525v)! I ran pcmark and she does over 8K in CPU!! My sandra memory scores are about 3000/3000, is that low for this rig?

3000/3000 buffered is very slow. If it's unbuffered, it's quite good.

What me ratio and settings are you running right now???

Also..update!!! Have you tried higher??? You were at default so you likely have a bit of room to play with....I would like to see these 2.6c's running in the 3.5-3.6ghz range before I jump into the p4c and HT game...

Good so far. You should be able to bump the Vcore and go higher. You should be able to get better ram timings as well.
