Hello everyone!
First of all: I'm new in this forum and sorry 4 my English :(

About 1 week ago i bought a BFG 6800 OC 128Mb, a beautiful and powerful card!!!!! much better than my "old" 9800PRO 256MB;)
So I installed the Forceware 67.02 and made the mod with rivatuner. Now I have a 6800OC with stock frequences (350/700) but with 16x1,6vp and everything runs perfect with no artifacts :) But coolbits don't let me to overclock the card, I must use powerstrip. The GPU temp in full load is at 58°.
Now I want to flash my bios with an Ultra Bios in order to reach higher frequences.
Can anybody help me to choose the right bios?
Is it possible to force my 6800 128Mb with a 6800U 256Mb bios?

Here is my original bios.

Hi Lantony, and :welcome: to the BE!

The biggest problem is the memory speed. What chips does it use? As far as I know it is hynix DDR rather than Samsung DDR3. Thsi is going to limit your memory overclock, and there is no way that the memory will reach the 1100 required for the Ultra bios. They will probably be other problems created by flashing a 128MB card with a 256mb bios. You say you have unlocked the pipes with Riva Tuner - you should be able to OC from here. Open up Riva tuner, click on driver settings - customize, ans then the system settings icon (graphics card). In the top left hand corner, enable driver level hardware O/cing. Adjust the memory in small increments, test it, and repeat until you don't pass the internal test, then back it off a little and repeat the process with the core.

If you have no satisfaction, and feel you need to increase the voltage, then getting a custom bios based on your own, will be a better option than trying a GT or Ultra bios IMO. Hope this helps!

you cant flash your card to Ultra or GT.

boost the 3d gpu voltage (with nibitor v1.8) to 1.4v (stock youre 1.2v).

GT voltage = 1.3v
Ultra voltage = 1.4v

HTH :)

So there is no way to force flashing my card to an ULTRA or GT? Why? I have modified a Leadtek ultra bios with my frequences (350/700) is it possible with nvflash -2 -p -u -f ?
If @ULTRA mod is impossible, is there a way to enable the hidden pipelines and vertex in my original bios?
I used rivatuner and i can reach 375/880Mhz with default volt.

"they" cant do it yet.

youre best bet would be to mod your original bios and continue to use rivatuner.
