Hi guys..I don't know if there's another discussion about my topic but I just would like to know if it's worth installing the OCZ Booster on my motherboard, new one(I bought it 2 days ago ;) )
Can anyone help me please?

:welcome: to BE DomeAMD,

That all depends of what type of memory stick you are utilizing, the voltage they can take and what the mobo can give.

Let me explain, for example early release of the PC3200 Platinum edition rev 2 from OCZ(based on TCCD chips from Samsung) , do not like voltage ( in other words even increasing the voltage above say 2.8 ~2.9 volts do not increase the perfromance of the ram). So in such a case if your mobo can deliver say 2.8 volts (most do), then the DDR is kind of useless.

If you have BH5 memory or the new TCCD chips, the more voltage you give them the happier they are and performance does increase...3.1v 3.2v etc...and they just love it, in such a case yes the DDR booster is usefull. Some memory BH5 again as an example, can live very happy with 3.6 ~3.9 again only way to fed them that without a mobo modification is with a DDR boosted.

My memory are Corsair XL XMS Twinx 512MBx2.They support CAS 2 at 2,8V at the frequency of 215MHz of HTT. I don't know if they have TCCD chips but I think they can take advatage of a higher voltage. I just would like to know if DDR Booster is compatible with my motherboard or I should wait for anyone to find out an interesting mod for VDDR :D
Thanks for your post BB_One.
