Anyone with first-hand usage/experience. I need to clean out my existing install, because I'm too lazy to re-install from scratch.

get JV16 link down below. It is a very good registry cleaner rated very high. After you download it.Open it up and click on "registry tools" on the left. Then click on the "second symbol" (registry cleaner) that looks like a piece of paper and an eraser in the corner.Just click on "continue" and then "start".Once its done scanning you will see some options along the bottom right.Click on "select" on the top left and then "special select" and then "items that should be safe to remove".Hit "remove" at the bottom and it should delete all the files selected. If it locks up just run it again.Sometimes it does that when first installed. It saves the files in your backups soon as you open jv16 if you ever have a problem you can put them back in but I have never encountered a problem after using it for a year.

Go here and get JV16 1.4 http://www.macecraft.com/

I use Uniblue's registry cleaner (http://www.liutilities.com/products/registrybooster/). It's kinda cool and had no problems with it whatsoever yet.
