Sent it right back to newegg! This memory has to loose of timings, I couldn't oc as high as my PC3200. Best I could get was 270fsb with a 5:4 ratio. Lousy memory band width. Couldn't get anything in 1:1 ratio. Worse memory I've ever seen!! I ordered Mushkin PC35OO CAS 2-2-2 to replace it!

Seems that the race for ddr 500 will produce some really crap mem. Why do they bother releasing them... :rolleyes:

Skully, Sorry to hear that, but that is the same thing that I had with the Corsiar XMS 3700's.
Right now, your best bet is either Corsair, OCZ or Mushkin 3500's for tight timings. For a little looser, but way more headroom, the OCZ 3700's as of today. . . .
