my specs :
nf7-s
tbredb 1800+
kingston ddr333 512mb

When i try to boot it ,on the black screen there, the memory testing is keep on running non stop unless i esc it..
after esc it ,when try to boot winXP it suddenly restart!!!
I'm not even overclock it....all default settings...
Is it the Ram problem ???I suspect it.this is becoz before i put in the kingston ddr333 512mb inside,i have try with a kingmax RAM and it works well...it just a normal cheap low performance Ram(just to test it only)but everything seems to be ok...so, wat so i do now??Is there anyone have these problem b4??pls advise...
thanks...

BTW i can go to the bios settings and i'm using the enlight 300w psu..i think its ok cuz i try all those same things b4 and this time was just the different RAM only and started got this problem!!! any idea??

That has flakey/faulty ram symptoms alright. Run memtest86 on it and I'll bet you get a bunch of errors. You can try the stick in slot2 if you haven't already. Also you can set the system performance to expert, set the memory timings manually and increase the ram voltage to 2.6 or 2.7v. Flash the latest bios if you don't have it as well.
