I've been searching around for cooling for a socket 775..... not much out there yet :help: I read nutcases's thread about using the SP90 with an adapter made by Gigabyte. That sounds pretty good. I also found that Zalman is making an adapter to mount any of their 7000 series coolers on socket 775. Other than these two, the only other thing I've found is a monstrosity made by Thermaltake :hide:

Any thoughts on which would be a better route, the SP90 or the Zalman 7000? Or any I haven't found yet?

Both are very good coolers but the SP-90 is the better cooler the Zalman is quieter though. So I guess it is up to you performance or silence?

Guess it's the SP-90 then :thumb: I run my fans on a rheobus anyway, so the noise is not an issue. Now if nutcase can find those adapters somewhere, I'll grab one :)
