Just thought I'd let you guys know what I'm doing with my 9700 pro. I reflashed by card with Omega's bios and installed Omega's drivers. Before installing Omega's my 3DMark1 score was 18421 and after 18836. Nice difference! I've oc'ed the card a wee more 375/350 this is stable. Now my score in 3DMark1 is 19013. I'm really happy with this card. Also I keep a 120mm blowing over the card. Keeps everything nice and cool. This is on a water rig, thats an outside the case setup. I keep the side panel off the case. So its no problem to run the 120mm on the video card. :)

I believe I need a utility to bring up the video bios. If anyone out there knows what bios utility I need, I'd appreciate it. Heres Omega's site if your interested! http://www.omegacorner.com/

I installed just the Omega drivers and got a 200 point increase 3DMark.I went back to the ATI drivers cause I am having a problem with my video card just to see if the Omega's were screwing it up and it wasn't.

I also noticed my default score in 3DMark1 was higher after bios flash and drivers. Before default was 15000 and some change, after 17454. The omega bios and drivers do make for higher scores. :)

You know what they say...great minds........:wack:
I've used 8.004 for awhile. From what I see on the Omega site, it's just the standard 8.004 file.
I've never tried the Omega 9700 drivers. I hear good things, so maybe I'll give them a try. I did try his Voodoo3 drivers back in the day and didn't like them.
