Office Depot: Maxtor 160Gig for $100

I was looking for WD 80 Gig SE in the Salem Oregon area and what do I find? A Maxtor 160Gig 8Meg cache 7,200 rpm FDB retail drive for $150-$50 mail-in rebate=$100 total.

You can really get some good deals from office depot and staples and the like if you don't mind messing with rebates. I've done quite a few recently and only one said I didn't send in the right UPC or whatever... Staples and office depot usually have coupon codes you can find on the net that make the deal even better. Most are like $25 off $100. I said before I got my DVD burner from staples like that for $129. I actually went into a Staples the next day to look for media for it and saw it sitting on the shelf for $279. The same drive. Go figure.
