TCCD based modules are best for NF2 at the mo...I would recomend the OCZ 3200Plat rev2 if you have it locally.
Do some research...see what you can find.

i second tony, the OCZ 3200Plat rev2 hits 300mhz bus on the best DFI board for a A64, and also check out the anandtech article about PQI
http://www.anandtech.com/memory/showdoc.aspx?i=2235
it also checks out all the new memory thats running at 2,2,2,5 timings that are out on the market.

I agree as well. I have this board (as well as a similar setup), and it loves anything with tight timings, although I'm running some OCZ 4400 in it right now. These boards do upwards of ~260+ FSB, so you are in for a treat.
The following is extra info, which you should ignore if you already know alot about this board:
First and foremost, get a bios savior and/or a second bios chip. These boards have been known to have booting/"bios crapping out" errors.
I recommend Hellfire's rev. 3 (6/19) for this board or tictac's 2/15 for max oc/stability.
Also, drop some heatsinks on the mosfets by the cpu, (6 of them), the one by the v-card, and the one by the ram. These get really hot, so they are easy to locate with a careful finger. AS5/AS5 epoxy is good stuff, use it!
For FSB of ~250+ I recommend active cooling on the NB and SB.
Leave the chipset to auto. I have found this is where the most stability lies, even at 260FSB.
The taiwan boards seem to be better than the ones made elseware (exceptions do apply). Hope you got one of those!
The cpu voltages above 1.85V usually aren't too stable (compaired to 1.85V and below), sometimes this effects ocing at these higher voltages.
And generally, 2x256 usually oc a little better than 2x512.
If you are having troubles getting it to post at a high FSB, usually turning cpc to off helps. However, while it does help with higher FSB, it does effect overall performance, so you should run some benchmarks to see which is better. Leaving it on is ideal though.
End of extra info section.
Good luck! :)

Everywhere I go I run into tedy. You know I'm gonna recommend PQI.
