P4c800/800-e & P4p800

Anyone using Abit Serillel2 SATA to PATA adaptors with

P4C800 Deluxe
P4C800-E Deluxe
P4P800 Deluxe

particularly with WD 8mb 800JB, 1000JB, 1200JB and 2000JB drives

Nope, using straight SATA to the Raptors. Why, R U having problems? ? ?

nah just thinking about getting a P4C800 myself as the evaluation one is delayed :(

have 4 Abit Serillel2 adaptors sitting here :)

no problems on P4C800 and P4P800 with WD BB drive and IBM 120GXP and 180GXP drives

the only catch is with P4P wher the BIOSes have to be flashed in order otherwise ICH5R loses the drive intermittently
