How can I shrink a 130X130 pixel animated Avatar to 75X75 pixels and not lose the animation? When I edit it in paint I lose the animation.
TIA

That would require a program capable of editing the individual graphic frames in an animated gif. I believe that Fireworks could do it, although I do not know about the quality of the result, since I have not tried to do so personally.

YOu can also do it with an online free animated gif tool (better than others I've used) called gifworks.
