PC Speaker????

I have been looking for a replacement case speaker, mobo speaker, system speaker, they have many names for this thing. I have found a few, but they are usually 2'' or 3''. Way to big for me.... I am looking for one that is about the size of the end of your finger, if anyone has any suggestions or sites, Please post!!!

radioshack.. get a buzzer or something.. generally case speakers are only .5 watts. My motherboard has a buzzer built onto it.
