So, am I a prude?

I just got a Christmas ad from a company and could't believe my eyes. Its top image was one of the most tasteless things I have ever seen. I sent an email stating such, and that it was most likely going to make me look elsewhere for purchases.

So am I really a prude expecting ads for Christmas sales to be appropriate and not pictures of some pervert?

I opened my mailbox just now to the same email.

I am by no means a prude, but this ad for a tech supply store is just, .....

This is the kind of thing I would expect my Quagmire type friends to send around to each other, not something for a promo from a pretty reputable online store.

A thought.....

I wonder if the picture in the email is picking up the picture from some server somewhere, rather than embedded in the email/html of the email.

If yes, then someone could have swapped the images as a prank or the coder of the email messed up the location.

I think it is they dumbest, stupidest picture to use and I really can't see a company doing it.

Hit up the googles in the next couple of days, see if people are talking about it. It may be a mean prank and the company will deal with it when they find out.

Oh, btw. They didn't use BCC and sent the email out to a whole list (of prudes) so I have a whole new list of email friends!!! :shhh:
