I'm not one to normally speak of such stuff, but I feel I must say these things.

I must admit to you guys the burden of the fact that my father passed away this afternoon, my family and I are quite struck by the fact. He had complications with an emergency surgery brought on by a aneurysm.

Had to talk to someone
Thanks
Jeff

Yeah, my condolences.

I have gone through 4 deaths in the last couple years:
Wifes mother and father.
Aunt and uncle.

It is always a difficult time.

May God be there to comfort you in your grief.

Thanks guys

I think the most hardest hit are my kids. I told them last night, they seemed to take it well until they had their moments alone. Water works galore, I thought I might have to call a plumber. They spoke to their Nanna today, ironically my daughter(just turned 5) has more of an adult education towards death then her brother(7 years old). She spoke about Grangran, where as my son has stayed quite. Everybody is different.

I've always spoken openly about life, death and everything in between. Damn my kids are strong, sometimes I think they're stronger than me.

Thanks for listening
