I'm guessing you mean the ones packaged with the 3.0C and the 3.2Cs?

I have not personally tested one, but I'd assume they're better. They have much thinner fins and a copper base...

from what i read the copper intel ones are much better than the intel standard ones but i believe alot noiser

the copper -bottomed HSF's make good paperweight..theyre noisy..

well i used the copper bottom heatsink that came with a 3.06 and it kinda sucked. i compared it to a swifttek on a gigabyte 8inxp and i acutually bluescreened from heat using it at around 3.5 gig under a full load and the swiftteck stayed right around 52 degrees. I bet it would work better if you lapped it because the surface is kinda ruff, but i wonder if it void your warranty.

Well of course compared to top of the line heatsinks, it's worse, but compared to the other stock Intel HSF, it cools better... I don't really know about noise, but I wouldn't doubt if it's louder also.
