Trying to make Winfax work with a new phone. Verizon claims the problem is with Winfax and USB. I've used the software for several years with my last
phone and serial-plug cable. The Verizon lady also said a few customers have made the USB cable work with help from Winfax. So far, Winfax support is no help.
Any suggestions?
