Seems ATI is not resting on its Laurels and is really seeking to stay atop of nvidia..

now i just got my 9700pro in nov02, and like a turnaround time of 1 year not 6 months or less, so i seem to be in tune with a nice r420 by christmas.. :)

It's going to be an interesting year, but remember, both ATI & NVIDIA will be announcing their new cards at Condex. I've seen unofficial's on both and I can say, it's going to be a heavyweight fight for the top spot. . . . .

Funny thing is, I don't really care who's card is best, I am just glad there is competition to keep the prices "reasonable" LOL. Doesn't keep me from getting excited about next-gen cards though. :) Go ATI.
