Do you know what's weird? Those Samsung modules are only actually rated for DDR400. And are you sure TCC4 = 4ns? Cause some Samsung modules also use the TCCC...

same chips used on xtremeDDR's pc3700 rated at 2/2.5-3-3-6 2T :)

Kingston is coming out with DDR500 mem modules though (obviously not value line ;) )

Samsung's TCC4 chips were used in samsung original PC3200. They can do some decent fsb oc'ing but forget the word timings... ;):)
