Not much of one at that eva, hehe. But its a start. O btw eva, i just got me a new Gigbyte KNXP. I am going to test this one and the asus P4C800 Delux-E before i finalize my decision and put everything into my fully customized NEW rig. Also, i am getting a replacement set of ocz gold pc4000 2x512. Maybe these will do a bit better or as good as my pc3700.

You might want to test the beta bios for the 8knxp. OCZ is working with GA to get an issue with their RAM resolved with the 8knxp. Here's a horrendously long thread with all the fun adventures the 8knxp owners are having: http://www.abxzone.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=45508

Sadly, I think you will find the Asus board you have to be the faster board. :( I just don't like the power regulators on Asus boards-I still to this day think that is what killed a proc on a P4PE I had.

Thanks for the heads up pointreyes, but already on it :) updated bios to F6k. No overclocking yet, but will do tnight after i get a fresh winxp install with tall the other funstuff :p But you are rite, the asus most likely will come out on top on this one, but i like the 6 phase power and the "Holes" not clips for the chipset for my water block, lol. Also, i dont like the fact of the usb legacy problem on the asus board since i have to use a usb floppy, no room for a internal floppy for me. O and the fact that the knxp is already prescott compliant is a definate plus! Not to mention the nice colors on the board when compared with asus' identifiable gold, lol.

Thanks Dr.2K, I like my 8knxp. And the 6-phase power was one of the selling points as was it being one of the few boards that are following the 'usual' workstation requirement of being a 6-layer PCB. :)
