There is no way I know of to get past the higher multi on the new chips:( The lower multi's are fun for some memory tweaking and pushing the board to the max :thumb: The older barton cpu's are fully unlocked and the barton mobiles are still fully unlocked and they are alot of fun. On some athlons you can do a mod on the cpu and they will fully unlock also

I believe the subject he was referring to was how some boards do not support 5-bit FID signals and therefore lock you either from 5.5x to 12.5x or 13x to 22.5x (or was that 24x?)

There is a pinmod that will allow you to use all the low OR all the high multi's but not both at the same time on boards which do not support the 5-bit FID signalling.. as to what that mod is, i've long forgotten :(
