I just got the K8N Neo Plat, and 2x512 3200 DDR part #OCZ400512ELPE.
My system will consist of:
Amd 64 3200, Radeon 9800 pro 256mb, WD Raptor 74gb 10k Hard drive. WIth the Neo and OCZ Mem I just listed.

My question is this what setting should I use in the bios what bios revision. Timings ect, or any other usefull information I will need when putting this all together this week. I realize you gurus prefer the 3500 but with all the money ive spent I couldn't afford that. I am not really making this system to Overclock it to its limits, I just want it to be stable and run at stock or very slighty above stock without going through a bunch of trouble or problems? Any help would be appreciated thx. :?:

This board doesn't really require much in the way of tweaking for stability at stock speeds. The bios options are fairly straight forward, just remember to hit shift+f2 when you go into the bios. That will reveal the hidden options. Also, use bios 1.2, unless you are experiancing the temperature discrepency. CPU=60c+ than try bios 1.31 or 1.32

ok so my board is up and running. its very stable, looks nice, and since it looks like you use a sata drive, you will be pleased to know that sata is native on this board, so you dont need a floppy to install the 3rd party drivers. the stock heatsink keeps its idle temp at 96* F, so you wont need an aftermarket heatsink.

buut there are some drawback, they will now be listed in numerical order, (and the corresponding problems are in no relation to the numbers given, they are just comming off the top of my head)

1. the severe use of engrish. the bios mis-spells the word "strength" and the ram lock took about 30 minutes to figure out. (it works, just not like i thought it would.)

2. uhh.. well thats about it.

as far as the bios goes, its all pretty straight forward. just go in and set boot device priorities, disable crap you dont use, set AGP size to 256 as opposed to 128.

and good luck

ps. my 2-3-3-6 ram defaulted at 3-3-3-7. not a big deal, just changed it manually. so check that on your board as well.
